My perspective is access needs for boosting a manufacturing engineering team include access to training programs, data and information, advanced technologies, cross-functional collaboration tools, resources, feedback mechanisms, and external partnerships. These elements support skill development, informed decision-making, technology adoption, collaboration, resource allocation, feedback collection, and leveraging external expertise to enhance team effectiveness and drive process improvements.

Assign them a project that they can do and win. Rebuilds their thought process! Place them on a Kaizen Team that interacts with the employees in a particular area of concern.

My opinion is to set goals effectively for a manufacturing engineering team: 1. Define clear, SMART objectives. 2. Ensure alignment with organizational goals. 3. Break down long-term goals into smaller milestones. 4. Prioritize goals based on impact and urgency. 5. Make goals challenging yet achievable. 6. Involve team members in goal-setting. 7. Establish measurable KPIs to track progress. 8. Regularly review and adjust goals as needed. 9. Celebrate achievements to maintain motivation and morale.

My knowledge to improve faster skills: 1. Practice regularly. 2. Set specific goals. 3. Use learning resources like tutorials and courses. 4. Seek feedback from peers or mentors. 5. Prioritize accuracy alongside speed. 6. Utilize tools and techniques such as shortcuts. 7. Challenge yourself with increasingly complex tasks. 8. Stay consistent with practice. 9. I always believe in encouraging innovation. Manufacturing engineers by nature are both creative and well structured. It’s important to spotlight the employees talents by not only allowing for creative thinking and concepts but also encouraging them to share those ideas. I always say that it isn’t the goal that should be prioritized, it’s the process that allows us to achieve our goal more efficiently.

My view is to delegate effectively: 1. Clearly define tasks and objectives. 2. Select the right person for each task based on skills and workload. 3. Provide clear instructions and expectations. 4. Empower team members to make decisions within their delegated authority. 5. Establish checkpoints for progress updates and feedback. 6. Trust and support team members throughout the process. 7. Monitor progress without micromanaging. 8. Provide resources and assistance as needed. 9. Recognize and reward successful delegation. 10. Evaluate outcomes and learn from the experience for future delegation efforts.

Considero importante lo siguiente: 1. Revisar si la empresa aplica metodologías y herramientas de trabajo tales como 5S, SMED, Cuidado Autónomo, etc, si la empresa no las aplica implementar estas herramientas sería la primera opción, en caso que ya las tenga implementadas, se sugiere revisar exhaustivamente cómo se están desarrollando estas herramientas y metodologías a fin de asegurar que se estén aplicando cómo se debe, y así poder identificar si hay alguna etapa que no se está cumpliendo. Revisar los reportes de los operadores y que se esté dando seguimiento a la solución, aquellos que son realmente importantes y de impacto en el proceso para su buen desempe?o y mejora.
