Cuando ya comprendes el problema y sabes como solucionarlo, necesitas implementarlo. Cada proyecto puede ser muy diferente, pero algo tienen todos en común. Se necesita un plan de actuación bien organizado y coherente. Debes manejar plazos de proveedores, tiempo de paradas en la producción, disponibilidad de recursos humanos y materiales, etc. La diferencia entre que se puedan implementar los cambios o no radica en que falle alguno de estos elementos. La información y un plan de comunicación efectivo entre las partes es vital para poder implementar los cambios en fecha y plazos previstos.

At my experience in work , there is nothing great than the QC story approach using the QC tools to drive logical and analytical reasoning while solving issues & problems. Fact based data driven analysis shall be used with people involvement & customer focus. Process mapping is another tool i have used at complex situations to derive the systems approach .Operational definition is a prerequisite before any data collection activity. The definition of pain point, issue or metric to have common understanding by all is mandatory to reduce the variation of the data fields taken at different point of times.
