Like: - what is the change? - why is this change important? - is this good to have or most have change? - why is the change happening now? - what's the impact in my current role? - is my role insignificant post the change? Or I need to upgrade myself? And etc..... This will help you understand the change from a business perspective and also give you a clarify in a ambiguous environment which will highlight yourself from others.
