The term embrace change always suggests to me that we have a process of getting comfortable and then occasionally trying something new. A better approach is to continually explore "new". Every facilitation should be seen as an opportunity to test something different. If you are in the rinse-repeat cycle, then perhaps it's time to hang up your facilitation boots.
