Just a couple of ideas . 1) Keep a record of how long each unit has been on the lot . 2) Review similar units for sales with competitors. 3) review finance rates for customers are we comfortable with rates ? 4) Have fun set contest with sales personnel. Also ageing stock should always be monitored and if stock is stuck due to any reason on the spot incentive should be implemented to liquidate the same . Also stock which is ageing should always be displayed in showroom rather than keeping in stock yard .
