I always suggest to highlight any Press releases of your past projects ( so you always ensure press releases for your customer programs !!). Give a walkthrough of your best accomplishment - sales cycle to a multiyear relationship ! You can look authentic if you also talk about areas where you failed initially and later recovered through corrective actions. So learnings can be a concrete way to show credibility. You may even offer a reference call but not to prove your accomplishment but you may sound like it would be a great experience for the interviewer to directly hear from the customer on such a wonderful program ! Idea is to show your confidence in relationship which only comes from credible success.

For me , digits and outcomes are always best proof of competence. When your involvement were in real, it is easy for you to show and explain your results. There also can be problems of recruitment, who in fact can’t understand results and can’t make correct judgments. In that case, you should ask to call related people from that organization, but of course it should be done in polite manner, people don’t like when you directly tell them their incompetence.
