These individuals may not have title or decision-making power, but they are the linchpins in how information is received and have a better pulse than most on the sentiment around any issue within the workplace. Mapping your organization's internal influencers and engaging them in dispersing and encouraging more effective communications will improve how information moves around the organization and is received. Maybe do a pulse survey asking questions like: 1. Who do you like working with the most of team challenges? 2. Who do you ask for the most up to date project information?
