It comes to tell you where you should not go. - It is a second chance: it allows you to reassess the expectations and needs of the team and emerge stronger with more successful reasoning. - It is not fatal: just because the team fails does not mean it must give up. On the contrary, it’s a great way to bounce back and try again in a different way.

In response to failure, I would first assess the situation, taking responsibility for any mistakes while fostering transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders. Learning from the failure, we'd develop a recovery plan focused on solutions and preventing recurrence. Seeking support when needed, we'd celebrate progress and small victories along the way, fostering resilience and a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.

Do take feedback from stakeholders , do brain storming , bring in diverse ideas and thoughts, look around the peer organizations policies and best practices - any and every best practice. do a feasible assessment of the finalized ideas. Prepare the plan to communicate the change as coming through & then roll it out full-fledged! PS: Throughout one's career journey, encountering failure is an integral aspect. It's essential to learn from these setbacks & assist the team in accepting them, while also encouraging them to rise once more!
