This is the hardest task, to create a commercial project. Creating art work, creating commercial work and creating a combination work is all about how the mindset is being cultivated throughout the journey. This is not a one time task that it can achieve in single recipe. A/B testing of your work, research ( a thorough one) of your audience is a must to commercialize any project. What is required or demanded of *your audience (first the creator's audience then creator's content audience) will always create the best commercial projects. Keep testing your audience with your content. Decide and let your audience know what type of content you are going to create. Art or commercial Any which way audience will know.

While we all aim for high-profile projects, our portfolios might not yet reflect the necessary breadth of experience. If anybody wanted to be a filmmaker than they need to start mastering a skill at a time (not limited to learning only but to create an output based on that too). Diversity at first 2 levels is absolutely fine (actually it should be the criteria of being there and a must practical experience in it) in the hierarchical or ecosystem. We need more experts than diversified profiles.
