Naturally, as humans, our passions ebb and flow throughout life. What was the original purpose for you wanting to get into your executive world? Do you still feel that same purpose? Was it for the title and money? Has that changed? Do you want power? What lights you up inside? It is likely that something has shifted within you since the pandemic and it may be time to assess what you truly want now AND your ego will keep you from going there in effort to keep you "safe" with what is/has been familiar for the past X amount of years. This is the perfect time to get a coach, may I suggest a life coach (me) so that we can find what may have changed within your overall life that may be impacting your professional life.
