I find it's helpful to first categorize the critiques in such a way that either I can address each category on its own or assign them to others involved in that area to consider. For example, for our endurance race events, I might sort criticism into categories for a) infrastructure, b) schedule, c) registration and/or payments, d) race course, briefings and logistics, e) food vendors, f) live music, and g) non-constructive or unreasonable criticism. Throw out that last category, and don't let it get to you. And then get to work on the others, preferable with some of your team who deal with the various areas.
