Considero que; Cada trabajador debe tener cierto grado de responsabilidad en sus actividades, y si el teletrabajo hace que la persona sea mas productiva, y haga un equilibrio entre su familia, y su trabajo, estoy de acuerdo. Algunos puestos clave operativos por ejemplo obviamente no podrian tener este escenario. Pero en terminos de productividad, se ha visto que optar a teletrabajo hace que la persona rinda aun mas en sus actividades.
