We once created a "superman" award where we recognized team members for going above and beyond for others. We had a 3 foot Superman figure that would get passed on from team members with recognition of why they received it and they would pass it on during our next team meeting. It became a great form of recognition across the team. Eventually, the superman ended up with lots of extra accessories along the way. It was a great team effort for SEM team and the entire marketing team.
