Fa?a um avalia??o das necessidades para cada colaborador. Na minha experiência uma forma que funcionava muito bem para treinar as pessoas eram os Workshops Kaizen de uma semana. O líder do workshop era especialista na ferramenta lean e incialmente antes de entrar no WS kaizen era feito um treinamento de pelo menos 4hs na ferramenta. Isso balizava os conhecimentos e permitia ter um bom resultado nos trabalhos.

After goal setting you have to train your people for smooth execution cz it's a new culture which you will be implement.so for change mindset & gaining competency you have to schedule training in regular intervals.
