What do you do if your employees are facing a layoff?

1 Plan ahead

Before you announce any layoffs, make sure you have a clear and rational plan for how and why you are making the cuts. Consult with your legal, financial, and human resources teams to ensure you comply with the relevant laws and regulations, and avoid any discrimination or unfairness.
