We have to assess the training needs and fix goals. Then we have to focus on the content and provide adequate training and support for the employees.Constant assessment should be made to ensure the outcome is what expected. Based on the feedback we can improve and stay updated on current VR technology.

Entendo que a melhor forma para iniciar um programa de treinamentos com realidade virtual é, de fato, realizando um bom diagnóstico. A RV pode n?o ser adequada para todos os treinamentos. Além disso, a ausência ou um diagnóstico mal feito, podem ensejar em um custo inicial elevadíssimo para a implanta??o de RV. O importante, no final do dia, é compreender que a RV é uma ferramenta e n?o um fim em si mesma.

I agree! VR is great but not a good fit for every training and team. Oculus is a great tool to embed VR into training especially where virtual role plays can be helpful. It’s very cost effective too when it comes to the required equipment.
