Lo primero es realizar una autoevaluación para identificar las áreas de oportunidad y si estas dependen de factores internos (la educación y formación, la sociabilidad, la personalidad, la falta de confianza, la manera de comunicarnos, capacidad de escucha, etc.) o externos (inconformidad de otros colaboradores, redes de apoyo, el ambiente, la cultura organizacional, etc.). Una vez identificadas las áreas de oportunidad será importante establecer estrategias que nos permitan trabajar de manera personal y hacia afuera para gradualmente superar nuestras áreas de oportunidad e ir desarrollando y fortaleciendo el liderazgo educativo, sin olvidar repetir constantemente este ciclo de mejora personal.
