Different channels of communications that suits the different personality types for example; some team members prefer writing the points to discuss, others prefer face to face communication, while another group may prefer online meeting tools and apps. So, the communication channels should be diverse to accommodate the different styles preferred by the team members while keeping the messages consistent across all channels.

Walk the walk. Just start. Reach out to a colleague to get feedback. In your next meeting, share that you asked for feedback and what feedback you got that helped make the project better. Don't lecture or say everyone should do it. Do this regularly, every week...always giving credit to others and show how the product was better. At minimum, you are a part of the collaboration. Over time everyone is involved. This organic approach may inspire others. Be consistent and demonstrate that your learning product was improved because of that collaboration.
