What do you do if your e-learning projects are constantly falling behind schedule?

When creating a timeline or project plan, make sure it's realistic and that the stakeholders all agree on the dates. Consider holidays, scheduled time off, and work in flex time for more complex development. Ensure you provide timely updates and know when to push and when to wait.
