Un primer paso implica re-revisar el dise?o completo del curso. Debemos recordar que el aprendizaje y sus procesos deben de ser dise?ados desde la perspectiva de la evaluación. Son dos caras de la misma moneda, no existe uno sin el otro. Desde la lógica de un curso en un LMS no ofrece evaluación de performance, no es problema del LMS, es un tema de dise?o y tiene que resolverse desde dicho punto.

Next, I would collaborate with relevant stakeholders, i.e. instructor, instructional designer or a IT specialist who focuses on curriculum development to explore potential enhancements or alternative assessment strategies. Additionally, I would draw upon my expertise in pedagogy to ensure that the assessment aligns with instructional goals and objectives. Finally, I would continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the revised assessment approach, making adjustments as necessary to improve its ability to measure job performance accurately.

Uno de los procesos que aseguran el éxito de un app, juego en línea, software o incluso de un producto que entra al mercado es que debe de ser probado o testeado por el beneficiario o usuario previamente a su lanzamiento. Cuantas veces cuando creamos un curso y lo lanzamos en un LMS hemos hecho este tipo de testeo o feedback más ordenados y sistemáticos? Allí hay un espacio de mejora enorme que en el dise?o de un curso debe de incorporarse.

Antes de sumergirte en el análisis de data, debes de establecer claramente qué y con que nivel de profundidad vas a recopilar información para luego analizarla. Si no hay claridad del qué información te vas a gastar inutilmente. Porque es importante esta pregunta primero, porque si no defines bien ello no vas a poder gestionar la información porque vas a tener mucha data, o vas a caer en el "parálisis por análisis". No se puede gestionar información que provienen de una plataforma de aprendizaje en línea si no nos alineamos a la regla: "menos es más".

Practicamente cualquier acción, tarea, actividad o desempe?o (adecuadamente dise?ado) puede ser posible de ser evaluado. Pero al mismo tiempo, no todo tiene que ser evaluado. Por ello es que, en este punto, es tan importante la claridad de los objetivos claves de mi curso en línea, de definir qué y que no es negociable en haras de conseguir aprendizajes profundos a través de un curso en línea.
