What do you do if your e-learning journey is filled with failures?

It's okay to feel frustrated or discouraged. Don't bottle up your feelings. Talk to a friend, family member, or even write in a journal to process your emotions.

Failure triggers negative emotions like anger, disappointment, shame, and fear. Avoid suppressing emotions; express them healthily by confiding in a friend, journaling, meditating, or doing things that make you happy. Acknowledging emotions releases them and helps you move on.

Cuando hayamos acertado podremos celebrarlo, sino solo nos queda lo mejor que podemos hacer, aprender de los errores, porque si de algo estoy seguro es que es muy dificil que todo nos salga bien y mucho menos a la primera.

Si no hacemos la reflexión para entender que es lo que falló no habremos aprendido nada. Muchas veces cuando aciertas a la primera ni siquiera te planteas el porqué salió todo bien. Cuando planifiquemos nuestras próximas acciones deben basarse en mejorar y cambiar lo que no funcionó. Si cambiamos por cambiar lo mismo lo que estaba bien dejará de estarlo y lo que funcionó mal sigue exactamente igual.

Hace poco tiempo comentaba con otra compa?era que estaba en un momento de celebración y reconozco que me miró con cara rara. Comenté que en muchas ocasiones en cuanto terminamos un proyecto pasamos lo más rápidamente al siguiente. Parece que no hay tiempo que perder. La verdad es que celebrar los avances, reconocer que esta vez todo salió según lo esperado, aunque seguro que podría haberse hecho mejor. Es como recargar la energía que necesitaremos para cuando las cosas no vayan también en las siguientes etapas o proyectos. Además es una forma de reconocer al equipo su esfuerzo. A todas las personas nos viene bien que nos reconozcan nuestro esfuerzo y la sensación de pertenencia al equipo viene de ser participe de sus triunfos.
