Definitely in my opinion, the processes in which it could be improved, innovated were in which the collaborators who were directly involved in the process gave me ideas of how to improve and innovative actions were created that worked and today we continue to work to innovate more and more.

DE&I Starts from the ground up, setting a culture of ideas first decorum is imperative to ensuring and sustaining an inclusive culture. Understand- from your statistics -whether there is an issue in hiring, retaining, or promoting top talent. If it is in the retaining or promoting categories, listen to understand their ideas for the business and see what support they may need to complete them. If there are no ideas, look to your spaces. Are they truly collaborative and open? Are the meetings for new ideas presenting everyone's ideas? As a litmus test, track contributions by each member over 3 months. If there are low or no contributions, set up a time in one-on-ones to brainstorm with that individual based on their strengths!
