Percebo que ser objetivo nas vendas de pauta e abordagens por celular é uma boa estratégia pois, com a chegada da tecnologia para a comunica??o nas rela??es profissionais, o limite entre fazer contato e ser invasivo pode ser uma grande armadilha para a rela??o com a mídia. Mas preciso levantar a importancia da outra ponta, o jornalista do veiculo abordado, também conseguir responder as demandas reebidas por e-mail, por exemplo.

Costumo dizer que n?o invento notícia e, sim, entendo a melhor forma de distribuir a informa??o com base nas qualidades do produto ou do cliente. Sem compara??es, pois uma campanha ou projeto de comunica??o que trabalha contra a concorrencia pode ser uma forma qustionável de se autopromover. Caminhar valorizando o respeito ao seu mercado consumidor ainda é a melhor comunica??o a se fazer.

Na minha experiência vivenciei mudan?as profundas na comunica??o interpessoal com a mídia, mas duas coisas n?o mudaram: gerenciamento de crise, que necessita de agilidade e tomada de decis?o com olhar 360; e planejamento estratégico com conhecimento dos interesses de divulga??o da empresa ou cliente. Comunica??o precisa de mais de uma pessoa, se n?o é monólogo, por isso o excesso de confian?a n?o deve ter espa?o quando o assunto é comunica??o. Entretanto, um profissional experiente deve ter argumenta??o, a partir de conhecimento sobre o tema trabalhado em suas várias vertentes, planejamento estratégico junto aos demais setores da empresa e bom relacionamento junto à mídia.
