For example, from ratings & reviews, surveys, etc. Also, set up a process for getting support ticket reports. Then you can pair these with more active methods like customer interviews, user testing, and data analysis. These significantly help you mitigate biases in decision-making.

Most PM experienced being baise at a particular point in time for on or two reasons. However, it is absurd to keep being baise if we want to be a better PM. Remember that it takes a large degree of objectivity to run the exercise successfully but, if done correctly, it can help identify, consider potential alternative solutions and identify the best options available.
