I think with the way AI is these days you need to be able incorporate that with your customer support but you have to buy in from those individuals that are in Customer Support. They don’t feel like their jobs are being taken, but that their jobs are being simplified which leads to a true experience that you organization wants to have bottom line is success all around.

Even in B2B environments it is key to assess the NPS regularly. We do it every six months as a basis to see how well we are performing in the eyes of the clients.
