When managing time for ongoing education and trainings, I'd recommend blocking off your calendar an hour before your workday and an hour after your workday end to do the work/training/education. This helps keep the momentum up with training since you are already in the mindset of workday mode. That way you can use majority of your weekends to reset and refresh!
