Unlike a public relations event, CSR programs focus on generating positive outcomes for both the company and the communities they serve. While meeting a deadline might be easy for the company itself, but target community may face limitations that prevent them from achieving the desired results within an unreasonable timeframe. This doesn't mean abandoning the CSR program altogether, but rather advocating for deadlines that consider the specific needs and circumstances of the chosen community. By justifying deadlines based on realistic factors, we can ensure successful CSR efforts

Prioritizing is a key challenge and a key skill which needs to be performed on a regular basis. What helps me most of the times is to think about the tasks like domino stones. What is the key task which will put all other tasks into motion? Furthermore it is important to delegate task which are either with lower importance, or can be done better by somebody else.

Die Kommunikation mit Verantwortlichen und Stakeholder:innen ist das A und O, wenn Fristen in CSR-Projekten gef?hrdet sind. Ein Bewusstsein für Probleme schaffen, erm?glicht gemeinsame L?sungsfindung. Danach müssen die Aufgaben und To Do’s priorisiert werden. Hierbei hilft es mir, mich an den Projektmeilensteinen zu orientieren, um Aufgaben mit dem gr??tem Einfluss zu identifizieren und zu planen. Neue Zeitpl?ne sollten realistisch angepasst werden, unter Berücksichtigung von z.B. anderen Projekten im Unternehmen, Urlaubszeiten etc.. Eine Sprintplanung hilft mir pers?nlich immer durch die klaren Termine. Das f?rdert kontinuierlichen Fortschritt und berücksichtigt Arbeitsumfeldrealit?ten.
