In my experience is essential to start working day putting on paper a basic To-do-list. When we have to face difficult or unrealistic goals, drafting a bullet list of all tasks i think it's heplful to summarize daily activities and to realize: - what is the time-schedule of all tasks - which is the effort underneath a task - which activietes could be delegated or if possible rescheduled Don't understimate the importance of writing down your thoughts/activities, take your time to think straight before putting your head down on your laptop!

Concept of efficiency cant be over emphasized, as there are moments which necessitates doing a 1 year task in 1 month. On daily basis one should explore on ways to simplify tasks.
