Find people who are successfully interviewing for jobs you would like to interview for and see what they have accomplished and what they do in terms of their professional development. One of the best ways is to emulate what others successfully do.

It is possible goals don't work when we focus on the wrong thing. We often tackle goals in this order .... ?OUTCOME, ?PROCESS, then ?IDENTITY We need to switch this up and tackle goals in this order... ?IDENTITY, ?PROCESS then ?OUTCOME Do you know WHO you are wanting to become? Know yourself first. Consider HOW you are going to get to where you want to be. Create a development plan. Know WHAT you are wanting to achieve. ?? Networking can provide valuable insights, mentorship, and potential job opportunities.

See what people who hold positions you would like to have are doing. Check their LinkedIn profiles to see skills they have, experience, professional, opportunities attended, and so on. Engage with their posts genuinely and have a conversation. It will really give you so many ideas about new directions to pursue.
