My biggest piece of advice for anyone looking to grow in a certain area or take on new roles is to advocate for yourself, as well the need you can fulfill! We are our biggest critics, but we can also be our biggest supporters. Maybe your company or team is currently not doing/testing something, and you recognize the opportunity. If you’re comfortable, approach your supervisor or manager about the chance to learn new skills through a workshop, online course, or master class to potentially hone in on an area you can contribute to!
