Unless I communicate with management, it is my responsibility to ensure that my employer recognizes the value of my continuing education. As a result, proactively addressing the situation becomes extremely important. The first thing I would do is showcase my projects and how I contributed to their success. I will draw attention to what I learned through the notes I took. I would show testimonials from clients. In addition to highlighting my skills acquired while completing the project, I'd highlight my role in training the juniors.
