What do you do if your confidence is holding back your career as an interior designer?

According to my professional experience, I must say that exactly after knowing the cause of fear, this can help you and make you a better designer. Because, for example, every time you hear criticism or negative points, you can gain experience and improve day by day. Or if you have a weakness and lack of professional experience in a field, you can strengthen it.

Actually I find fear to be a good thing, if we manage it right. It pushes you to understand what you may think you might be lacking and to overcome it. Understanding and acknowledging fear is the first step for break free, learn more and grow personally and professionally. If you feel fear is more likely that you are out of your confort zone which mean your are growing. So embrace it, work on it and you will succeed!

Doing things you dont have all the skills to do is the basis of all growth. There is a world out there telling you you are not good enough but unless you put yourself out there they will be right and you never will be. Be yourself, put your best work into the world and keep moving forward. Lovers will love, haters will hate but unless you keep doping that you wont discuver where your tribe is... an there is one for you !!

Cuando conoces tus fortalezas y debilidades es más fácil poder trabajarlas y crecer, por lo que recomiendo reforzar tus debilidades a través de capacitaciones, cursos, talleres, los cuales te ayuden a reforzar tus conocimientos y aprender nuevas cosas. Esto sin duda te ayuda a poder establecer metas realistas. Si lo que buscas es tener un nuevo puesto o cambiar alguna actitud o simplemente retroalimentación lo principal es que localices tu debilidad y las trabajes.

many years ago early in my career I had a moment where it just didn’t seem worth it. A client actually stood me up after a long 8 Hour Drive an uncomfortable hotel stay and an organized presentation when I arrived. The client actually was on vacation. He lied what’s new? I saw something on the wall that said “”rest if you must , just don’t quit, that was the best recipe for success I’ve ever had just stay focused do the best you can and inevitably you win !
