Solution generation and ideation processes usually are successful if started well. A successful analysis should be a deep empathy process with a route causes of any issue or challenge any organization is facing. Face-to-face interactions, meetings, and experiments are trusted tools to provide insights and true root causes of any environmental or social issues and this analytical process is iterative, whenever it is needed to go back to this stage you have to exercise more activities in this stage to know more about the issue and ways of addressing it innovatively and smartly.

Corporate responsibility doesn’t have to be limited to just employees and management. Many employees are likely to recommend corporate volunteering to their peers, meaning your CSR program can include their friends, family, and whoever else they would like to invite. You can even incentivize getting others involved by making it a challenge to invite as many people as possible to create a huge event. The more people you can involve, the better! Engaging employees isn’t always easy, but their involvement is what drives your CSR efforts and makes them successful. Invite your employees to shape your CSR initiatives to create a program they’ll be invested in long term.
