All of the Google apps are terrific for collaboration - so easy to use and well integrated. I regularly use Google Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sheets - but depending on your needs, Google probably has an app for that. Being able to view, suggest, or directly edit and document that has been shared with your colleagues, and on the SAME document, saves enormous amounts of time and reduces frustration or confusion when multiple copies are emailed back and forth.
