As we became (and to some extent returned to) more agile, we find the need and the fit for methodologies less/un-necessary. Best practice ways of working are unique to a given team at a given time around a defined body of work. Boundaries and guides and manifestos are artificial at best and restrictive at worst. This is best illustrated by the two fish in a bowl ... One asks, how's the water ? The other replies, what water ?
