I would hope that my coaching style does adapt when needed - that's the essence of having a growth mindset. Times change and we need to change with the times and see what new technology can serve us and our clients most effectively. Clearly, not all new things are useful and not all technology needs to be adopted. Find what works for you and your clients, test, iterate and include when and where required. Don't be swayed by what others say, make up your own mind. There are countless 'tools' which were recommended to me by other leaders/ coaches, but I found that simpler options worked much better for me. I do also think that people overcomplicate things and find solutions for problems that don't really need to exist.

En lugar de ver la tecnología como una amenaza, deberíamos considerarla como una herramienta poderosa que puede mejorar nuestra práctica. La tecnología es solo un medio para hacer Coaching, como lo es herramientas del coaching como GROW.

As a coach, change is what you are constantly looking for to facilitate in your clients. Reminding yourself that change is also needed for yourself will help to accept and embrace change, no matter if it is a new framework, tool or technology. Change is the only constant.

Learning can also come from others. Collaborate with peers, ask what new learnings or tools they have discovered recently. Share your own learnings. Engaging in discovery conversations with curiosity is one of the best ways to find new tools than can be beneficial to you.

Como coach sé ejemplo, y desarrolla de manera sostenida y evidente la competencia "Aprender a Aprender", así que busca nuevas fuentes, busca plataformas que ya existen para hacer Coaching y llevar la bitácora del proceso, que ayuda tanto al coach como al coachee.
