I advise following framework to talent in my business - Identify Trigger and Context - this will help identify is is this a temp observation or well thought through conclusion - Go back to Job role and skills - have you outgrown or is it the pace or challenge /or directional area - domain where you wish to go deep. Above 2 situations can be navigated through skilling/change of job role within organization/timing etc. Doing the Core Value Test is critical and should be revisted moment to moment. If you find yourself in violation of your core values or non match/alignment to org core value - it best to move on. Strongly advised to build a board of personal advisor/mentors who could guide you in such situations.
