Be honest with yourself and what you're able to take on. Don't just say yes because they are your boss. I think they will be more upset if you say yes to an ask and then don't deliver vs. if you say no and come with a proper plan/timeline to execute on.

El priorizar las tareas me parece que es básico para que el jefe no te este abrumando. Por ello debes de conocer a detalle los objetivos y metas que se quieren conseguir con el evento. Para que con este conocimiento priorizes las tareas que asignarás y por supuesto debes de tener una gran conociemiento de lo que se llama "Sentido de Urgencia"
