Más sin embargo, eso dependerá si estamos en una empresa que posee una cultura de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Es por ello que de haber tenido un "líder y no un jefe", el escenario sería otro. Ya que el líder siempre está en constante comunicación, preparando y observando al sucesor.

All mining companies have protocols of working. In the case Risk Assessment and Hazards/Safety analysis will be my top priority. Secondly will review the documents and previous plans and if need more involvement, I will seek advice through consultations and effective communications. Professionally build relations and communicate to top management to get approvals. Then Build a project team if required, build in them motivation and inspirations to achieve goals and take initiative to go ahead. Manage the project and keep a digital record of all progression, analysis work along with challenges/solutions to benchmark for future work.

One of the best things to do in this regard is to seek knowledge and guidance outside or within your reach. There are solutions to every problem and by being in the right community also you can get things done beyond the limitations

Lo que haria yo es ser autodidacta aprendiendo de información existente y buscar la guia de colegas que tuvieran mas experiencia que yo de tal forma que eso me pueda ayudar a mejorar mis capacidades y competencias laborales. What I would do is be self-taught, learning from existing information and seek the guidance of colleagues who have more experience than me so that this can help me improve my work skills and competencies.

I will review the plans that have been done during the project before, then under safety protocols I will take initiative to complete the work with full confidence.

I will try to recommunicate effectively with my boss until we reach consensus. Otherwise the results maybe injuring of people and loss of production which is not our goals.

Most of time during my service, I met such situation and I took such situation as an opportunity to deal with the issues in my own way for achieving objectives of the organisation. This situation is in-fact to be taken as the complete trust of the boss in you and your actions and to be deemed as delegation of power to take decisions.
