This helps you to understand clearly the reason for their opinion and how it affects yours. Explain the rationale for your decisions and provide cases where it works. It is very important to keep in mind that you are designing for users and their needs must come first. Find a balance between your Boss ideas and yours. Ensure that the last standpoint aligns users needs with the goals of the business.

Je pense qu'il est préférable dans un premier temps, d'identifier les compromis possibles. D'abord, cherchez des points d'intersection entre les objectifs de votre patron et ceux de l'expérience utilisateur. Par exemple, si votre patron est préoccupé par les co?ts, proposez des solutions qui offrent un bon retour sur investissement tout en améliorant l'expérience utilisateur. Puis, soulignez votre volonté de travailler en collaboration avec votre patron pour trouver des solutions qui répondent à la fois à ses préoccupations et aux besoins des utilisateurs. Mettez en avant votre ouverture au dialogue et votre capacité à adapter vos approches en fonction des circonstances.
