I have been in many situations during design where there is too much feedback and paralysis ensues. Know your project objectives! Gather feedback, but always compared them to the project objectives. Jettison any feedback that does not work with your objectives.

There are two types of stress: technical and residual. Technical is stress that arises from project difficulties, while residual is stress that arises from people difficulties. Know the difference between these two, and that requires some coaching. I may be able to help with that.
