Installation of Uber App

I had install uber on my cell, but then due to certain issue, I had to remove uber from my cell.

Now when i try to reinstall uber again on my cell and try to registrar the same with my cell number and since i unable to find my password, I ask for forgot password. once I get opt and type same, i am gettting message that

we could not verify that you are the owner of this account

tp regain access visit to web site, but then there is no solution i found.

I also ask for getting call for help, but noted that from past 15 days there is no phone call i received.

also try to search uber contact number which is also not available, this seems how company is managing their clients.
