In most cases, post-sales teams struggle with three challenges, goal setting, communication issues, and process gaps. One way to solve this is first to develop shared goals that bring the team together. To improve communication its important to have vision advocates across all teams they will communicate and drive the goals. Finally, the right processes that meet both internal and external standards but be put in place and cascaded across.
