A year never goes by, where I can’t look back and marvel at the many new things I’ve learned in the past 12 months. Absolutly right! "knowledge is power" and it doesn′t matter what a kind of it . We just need to understand that knowledge is powerful only if companies accept it as a partnership and not as a threat. Companies and people are responsible to provide this and share the results who can come of this partnership.

Remember to seek feedback when things haven’t gone to plan too. It’s easy (in this current age) to seek feedback as validation. As a testimonial to post online, or to use as a bullet point in a presentation. But when something goes wrong, or not exactly according to plan, it’s good to ask “What happened, to cause this outcome?” “What could I have done better?” “How could we have approached that differently?” I learned this in the film world as a Stunt Director, where sometimes in rehearsals, things didn’t go as expected. We’d regroup, breathe, analyse, and without any indication of blame, ask how we might approach the challenge differently, to achieve the desired outcome. It worked every time, and we grew as people every time. ????

"Feedback" must be a two sides way. Company and employee are responsible to keep this relationship friendly alive. I believe that it is very healthy when the feedback is treated like a normal talk with no punish intention but a way to improve and develop both sides. The results of a "good talking" can restore your team and keep your business alive.

I’ve managed to reprogram my mind over the years, to step back when I have a set back. Not to react. But to step back a moment, count to ten (or more!) and breathe. Take stock. I’m then reminded that I chose a long time ago to look for what the setback is going to teach me. Sounds corny, but every challenge in my life, big or small, has resulted in changing me for the better. That is, I emerged the other side of it, as a bigger, brighter, wiser version of myself, than before the challenge. Knowing this, these days, I’m keen to almost embrace the challenge, to explore where it might take me, and what lesson I can learn. Usually about myself. So consider stepping back the next time you’re challenged, and prepare for the lesson. ????

When we look back on our lives and write down the highlights, defeats, and crises of our life on a piece of paper, we repeatedly find, upon connecting these events, that our life is a series of ups and downs. It seems almost like a law of nature. When we then take a closer look at the low points and ask ourselves how we resolved the situation and what we learned from it, we get much closer to our strengths. When we realize how our setbacks in life have made us stronger, we gain confidence for the setbacks to come.

Setbacks and challenges are a part of life. We will never run out of challenges to solve. As you overcome one challenge, another will manifest. The only way to overcome challenges is to accept that they are a part of life. Then, become a lifelong learner to be ready with the knowledge and skills to successfully overcome them. You cannot run away from challenges. The more you avoid your challenges, the harder it is for you to solve them. The only way for your challenges to go away is to solve them. There is no shortcut for them.

Challenges, problems, hard situations are normal along our lives and they can be add in our development and self ballance. We can win all of them if we are able to focus in three points: knowledge, planning and self ballance. When we have knowledge we are able to analyse and provide a best response. The data analysis combined to a right planning with a self ballance we probably have the success and minimise or avoid the problems.

It is important to not take anyone for granted because you might need their support in the future. Have an open mind to meet and build relationships with everyone. Not all relationships need to be the same. Some relationships can be professional, while other relationships are more personal. Or a mixture of both.

It is really true! Networking is the keyword to success bu sometimes "networking" is misunderstood by the some companies. We can see it when the companies choose the wrong person by the right one to get the hole. Maybe because the friendship be the priority to be part of team.

Learning how to set goals correctly is important. There is a wrong and right way to set goals. Make sure you take the time to learn how to set goals successfully. If not, achieving your goals will be unpleasant. Goal setting should be an enjoyable journey.

The world demmand is changing so fast and to keep the "goals settings" updated it will be necessary to be attention on this points. 1- Know your customers demmand and business. 2 - Identify the team weakness and give them knowledge and training. 3 - Build up a technical capable team. 4 - SMART items must be done with reality as well and 5 - Pay attention the "Goals" mut be reward.
