The beauty of online communities and networks is not necessarily the fact that you are talking to peers: it is the ability of said peers to point you in the right direction. Not everyone is going to know everything or even know about the area of statistics that you are trying to innovate in. Many people do know a person, who knows person, who knows a person who has resources about a topic that you are curious about. So definitely reach out in a variety of communities. Some of the better ones from my experience include the following: 1) LinkedIn 2) r/Statistics 3) The webpages of local statistics groups in my city 4) Meetup (which can help you find in-person events too)

Maintaining a continuous learning mindset enables me to offer informed solutions that meet evolving client needs.
