My experience in internship has proven that first, very strong studies on different topics make you an expert in those fields. You should consider a specific goal and learn the required skills accordingly. For example, in the discussion of artificial intelligence, first train the neural network with less data and gradually increase the number of training steps in addition to more data in order to improve the accuracy of the problem. Or, for example, if you want to work on quantum machine learning algorithms, first implement its classical mode and then go to the quantum mode of the algorithm to realize the advantage of the processing speed of the quantum mode to the classical mode.
