I would suggest to not focus on learning with an intent only of "promotion" . Promotion or anything else you achieve out of learning can be a by product of it. However, promotion does not come from what you have learnt recently instead it's reflection and result of how you have applied your learning and knowledge acquired over a period of time, effectively. Focus on developing and enhancing your skill through learning ; promotion and many bigger things will happen to you!! ProTip : Share and pass on your learning with team and others unknown to that, it would cement your learning for good enough time
