What do you do if you want to secure a promotion and higher salary?

To secure a promotion and higher salary, focus on consistently delivering exceptional work, take on additional responsibilities, seek feedback for improvement, demonstrate leadership qualities, and communicate your ambitions and achievements to your superiors. Additionally, consider pursuing further education or certifications relevant to your field and actively network within your organization.

If you want a promotion and a higher salary, you need to show the leader that you're doing a great job and ready for more responsibility. Ask for feedback on how you can improve and take on more challenging tasks. It's also a good idea to look for opportunities to learn new skills and take on extra projects to show that you're committed and capable.

When you are so capable that the company feels that if this employee leaves the job, the company will face difficulties or his departure will increase competition. Then you will get everything you want. promotion+increment.....

Always do your best inside and out of work, build a stack of proof you're worth your weight in gold. Assess your contributions and accomplishments within the company. In my experience the best way to achieve internal progression/promotion is through the identification of clear quantifiable goals and of their acceptance/inclusion into your performance review process. If you agree what you want to achieve, what skills (the how) and deliverables (the what) are required, and how that is tracked/measured. If this then forms part of your regular conversations with your manager it should be clear how you are progressing towards your goal.

My perspective: Don't seek for anything. Once you come for work, Consider that its your company. Work at your department in the same way as you would work for your own company. Give your 100% when you are at work. Share your experiences which you have learned with your colleagues and seek their opinion about your experience. Try to create a healthy working environment within your colleagues Help them with your experience.Don't think that its not your work. If you are given with a subordinate, train them to ensure that they think about the problem in the same way as you think. As a summary, your vision should be progress of the company/ project. I believe, once you are done with above, The company itself will give you what you deserve.

Show your value and potential through your actions and results. You need to exceed your current responsibilities and take on new challenges and initiatives that showcase your skills and leadership. You need to be visible and vocal, and share your accomplishments and feedback with your manager and peers. You also need to be collaborative and supportive, and build strong relationships and trust with your colleagues and clients. You need to be a team player and a problem solver, and not a complainer or a competitor.
