No basta solo " aprender haciendo", debemos considerar también que el conocimiento de hoy es obsoleto para el ma?ana por la dinámica de los cambios científicos y tecnológicos, de nada vale aprender si no "entendemos" la naturaleza de lo que hacemos. Eso lo aprendi durante mis pasantías en Xerox Company. Finalmente considera a las personas, reconociendo sus fortalezas y sus potencialidades, Toda la gerencia debe afrontar el reto de crear su propia filosofía para que las organizaciones apliquen los conocimientos para el bienestar de la sociedad en su conjunto.

Uno de los recursos más escasos y valiosos en las organizaciones es el conocimiento que se encuentra en las personas que comparten toda la filosofía de la organización. Cuando cambiamos de carrera, es preciso determinar qué tipo de conocimiento es el que se requiere. Puede ser un conocimiento tácito, implícito o explícito o en todo caso, los tres son indispensables según mi visión si vamos a emprender en el mundo de la manufactura. También tenemos que aplicar "pensamiento critico " para determinar si de verdad nos gusta este nuevo sendero, toda reinvención genera caos... debe considerar que la manufactura es complejo y que el conocimiento de hoy es la ignorancia del ma?ana. Arriesgue...yo lo hice que todo salió bien ?
