It's a win-win.

Don’t Just Keep Up; Stay Ahead! ?? Settling for mediocrity in the rapidly evolving world of Web3 is like bringing a knife to a gunfight. Begin with a relentless commitment to learning. Master the ABCs of blockchain and dApps, then tackle the complexities of Solidity or IPFS. Transform yourself into a knowledge sponge with online courses and forums. Remember, in the realm of Web3, resting on your laurels means you’re falling behind. Strive to be the person who not only knows the trends but predicts them.

To outshine peers in Web3, focus on continuous learning and skill development. Stay updated on emerging technologies, participate in workshops, and engage in hands-on projects to gain practical experience. Collaborate with experts, seek mentorship, and contribute to open-source projects to deepen your expertise. Dive into the ecosystem's heart through meetups, conferences, and forums. These are not just social gatherings but battlefields for ideas, feedback, and alliances. The connections forged here can be your guide, mentor, or gateway to opportunities unseen by the solitary eye. In Web3, your network is not just who you know; it’s who knows what you can do.

Networking allows multiple benefits, from a greater openness of mind to understanding multiple perspectives and insights in web3 to the actual understanding of new and emerging tech in the space. Knowing more folks bring you more opportunities and more knowledge. A very close friend of mine told me once that "your network stays with you, wherever you go" and that has stuck with me since; be it a change of career or country, the folks you know will always be the folks you know- especially in web3, where community and network is key!

Staying informed is always one of the most difficult things to do, particularly because there are so many new things occurring in the web3 space every day. Add on to that, the dozens of available sources and perspectives from informal forums to mainstream media give an info overload. I suggest having a few trusted sources for mainstream (new) knowledge, and then delving into informal community chatter to "get in the know". A balance of both gives great insight from news and on-the-ground discussions.
